FAQ's
- How do I buy more than one ticket? On mobile, use the "Details" drop down in the top right corner and select the number of tickets you would like to purchase. On desktop, use the quantity drop menu and select the number of tickets you want to purchase.
- Where's my purchase confirmation email? This is not an automatic process. If you need immediate validation, contact your bank or credit card used for purchase. Otherwise, you should receive a confirmation email a day or two before the show date.
- I got a ticket, now what? - After purchasing a ticket your name goes on a ticket holder list at the door of the venue the night of the show. There will be a door person there checking against the list. If needed, the ticket holder will need to show proof of ticket purchase. This will be your emailed receipt from Bohemian Burlesque Reno. If you do not have this email, contact us with your name and email address used to purchase the tickets. After confirmation, we will re-send you this email.
- Can I get a refund on my ticket purchase? - All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds.
- The show is sold out, now what? - When the show is SOLD OUT that means every available ticket is sold. We do not keep a wait list. We do not reserve any tickets for last minute ticket buyers. We do not sell tickets at the door.
